A Deep Breath To Start Your Day 😮‍💨

Happy Wednesday! How’s your morning! 


I recorded this a year & a half ago, but it still applies.


Pausing to a deep breath can help to calm the mind & body. It may help to relieve some of the anxiety you may be having this morning! 


Let’s take a moment to take one ☝🏽 before we start our day! 


Inhale for 6secs. 💨 

Hold for three 

Exhale 😮‍💨 for 7
