Happy Monday, ya'll!


How was your weekend? How are you feeling this morning?


Instead of revving up, I decided to make my Mondays a time to pause: limit my social media intake, do things to help me care for myself emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Often times, I journal, take deep breaths, talk with friends, limit my social media intake, etc.
