It’s important that clients/students and practitioners alike ground / center before their session.
✨ Grounding helps to relax ☺️ & also helps the reiki energy flow better. Everyone should ground at least 10 minutes before their session.
Here are some grounding activities one can do before session:
✨ lay down
✨ deep breathe 😮💨
✨ go out in native trees 🌳
✨ engage in solo or partner play
