When Kundalini is activated, the energy rises up and snakes through our chakras staring at the base & works it’s way up and out the crown chakra. To Universal force. This connection to the Universe can ease us into total consciousness/enlightenment. Energies & chakra are being balanced and strengthened during sessions.
Last month, I spent time & energy support other folks attuning folks who were interested in becoming Reiki teachers. It has been deep & beautiful!
