Turnip Greens & Community Care

Shout out to @jia.lian.yang for offering turnip green from their garden! 💚

They are cleaned, cooked & DELICIOUS. While cooking, I heard my paternal Granny say, 'Add some smoked meat to it' & I ain't got it. They are still seasoned and yummy, tho. And I'm offering it to Granny altar with a disclamer. 😅 😂

Turnip greens always remind me of my Mom & Grannies. It's interesting to eat them in Spring, when I've been so used to eating it in the Fall during Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Yum, tho. I'm grateful.
