Your Personal Self Care / Happy Monday!

Happy Monday, ya'll! What's making you feel joyous this morning!?


For me, instead to moving forward full steam ahead, Mondays are for radical rest. It's a time for me to pause & do some self care.


For me, self care can be:


-physical (stretching, movement)

-mental (taking a break from strolling on social media)

-emotional (crying, venting to a trust friend)

-financial (paying bills on time, saving, investing)

-phychological (journaling or therapy)

personal (creating a vision board, plan goals, figure out what you want out of life, learn something new, etc)


This morning, I'm definitely focusing on my PERSONAL self care! I plan on taking some time to read "The Color of K1nk" & "Sula", write three things I'm grateful for & just relax.
