Your Physical Self Care

Happy Monday, ya'll! How was your weekend?


For me, instead of moving forward full steam ahead, Mondays are for radical rest. It's a time for me to pause & so some self care.


Self care can be:


-physical (movment/dance)

-mental (taking a break)

-emotional (crying, venting to a trusted friend)

-financial (paying bills or investing)

-psychological (journaling, therapy)


Today I'm definitely focusing on physical self care! I plan on stretching, finishing up a ab challenge, & getting my steps in.
